Manolo Abella, a Filipino economist, was formerly the Director of the International Migration Programme of the ILO in Geneva, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Migration Policy and Society (Oxford University) and of the "Migrating out of Poverty Project" of University of Sussex and the World Bank. He has been actively involved in international efforts to develop a multilateral framework for the management of labour migration and spent many years rendering advice to governments on policies and best practices. He has published extensively on labour migration, and is co-author of Managing Migration in the 21st Century published by Yale University. Maria Banico is the founder of Food From Thin Air, Inc. She was chief and staff land use planner / environmental review officer at five Bay Area cities including Sunnyvale, San Francisco and Oakland. Ms. Banico has more than 30 years experience in land use and environmental regulations. She has also worked as a project manager for a 35,000 hectare new town development in the Philippines. She will serve as the Chief Executive Officer.

She has more than 15 years of experience from PriceWaterhouseCoopers in integrated audits, business process reviews, acquisition reviews, assessment of internal controls, implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards, initial public offering, other cross border filings, as well as design of internal control systems financial services industry both in San Francisco and the Philippines.
